On UT day 09-Feb solar activity is expected to be R1, with the chance
of an isolated R2 flare. The solar wind is expected to be moderate,
slowly declining to light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF
radio communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum
usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values to
15% enhanced. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible. Solar protons
are generally expected to be at S0.
