On UT day 10-Feb solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
for R3. The solar wind is expected to be moderate to strong. G0 with a
chance for G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal at low latitudes
and degraded at mid-high latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 20% enhanced. S1 solar
radiation storm conditions are expected with a chance for S2.
