On UT day 08-Feb solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
for an isolated R3 flare. The solar wind is expected to be moderate.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are likely. Solar protons are generally expected to
be at S0 with a slight chance for an S1 solar radiation storm.
