On UT day 18-Nov, solar activity is expected to be R0 with a slight
chance for R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0
geomagnetic activity is expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be mostly normal, with some mild degradations during
local dawn hours. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
near predicted values with 15% depressions during local dawn.
