On UT day 19-Nov solar activity and radio blackouts are expected to be
R0-R1. The solar wind speed is expected to initially be light,
becoming moderate to possibly strong by the end of the UT day. G1
geomagnetic conditions may be observed by the end of the UT day or
early into 20-Nov, with a chance for G2. HF radio communication
conditions may be normal during local daylight hours but become
degraded by local night hours. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) may
be near predicted values to 10-20% depressed. Isolated shortwave
fadeouts are possible.
