Solar activity on UT day 8-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
mostly normal, with fair conditions at high latitudes. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
