Solar activity on UT day 7-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G1 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
fair to poor, with worse conditions at high latitudes. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be 10-30% depressed. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
