Solar activity on UT day 09-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
near predicted monthly values. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
