Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 30-Mar, with a
chance of R2 flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate
to high. Mostly G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance
of an isolated period of G1 by the end of the period. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected. MUFs are expected to be 20%
enhanced to near predicted monthly values.
