Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels, with a chance of R2
on 31-Mar. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong. Mostly G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of G1. Mostly
normal HF propagation conditions are expected, with mild degradations
possible at higher latitudes. MUFs are expected to be 15% enhanced to
near predicted monthly values, with a chance of depressions at higher
latitudes. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
