Solar activity is expected to be at R0 levels on UT day 17-Mar. The
solar wind speed is expected to continue a declining trend with
moderate to light speeds. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF
radio communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be 20-30% enhanced.
