Solar activity on UT day 16-Mar is expected to be at R0 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. Generally G0-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of an isolated G2
period, as a second glancing CME impact is expected to follow from the
recent event on 15-Mar. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected
to be near predicted values to 10-20% depressed. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be mildly degraded. Solar
proton conditions have fallen to near background S0 levels and are
expected to remain that way.
