Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on UT day 09-Mar. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate, with a declining
trend. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be near predicted values to 20% enhanced.
