Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on UT day 08-Mar,
with a chance of R2 flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be
strong to moderate, with a declining trend. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near
predicted values to 25% enhanced.
