R0-R1 solar flares are expected on UT day 7-Mar, with possible
isolated R2-R3 flares. The solar wind is expected to be strong to
moderate, with a declining trend. G0 geomagnetic activity is expected,
with a slight chance of an isolated period of G1. Normal HF
communication conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
