Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on UT day 10-Mar. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light, with a declining trend over
coming days. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted values to 20%
enhanced. Isolated minor fadeouts possible.
