Solar activity on UT day 19-Feb is expected to be at the R0-R1 levels,
with a chance of R2-R3 flaring. The solar wind speed is expected to be
moderate to strong. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions, with a chance of G2,
are expected due to anticipated impacts from CMEs first observed on
15-Feb and 17-Feb. Australian region maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
