Solar activity on UT day 20-Feb is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of an isolated R2 event. The solar wind speed is
expected to be initially light with an increase in solar wind speed
possible later in the UT day to moderate, due to the expected arrival
of a glancing blow from a recent CME. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions,
with a slight chance of G2, are possible from late 20-Feb to mid
21-Feb. Australian region maximum usable frequencies are expected to
be 15% above predicted monthly values on 20-Feb. Shortwave fadeouts
are possible. HF communications conditions for middle to high
latitudes may become degraded during local night hours on 21-Feb.
