Solar activity on UT day 10-Dec is generally expected to be at R0-R1
levels, with an isolated R2 flare possible. The solar wind speed is
expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
