Solar activity on UT day 08-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near
predicted monthly values. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
