Solar activity on UT day 07-Dec is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to
moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a slight chance
of G1 due to the possible arrival of a weak CME associated with a
solar filament eruption. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be normal to fair. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
