Solar activity on UT day 04-Dec is expected to be at the R0 level,
with a chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to
very strong. G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected due to coronal
hole high speed wind stream effects. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be normal to fair. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed.
Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
