Solar activity on UT day 05-Dec is expected to be at the R0 level,
with a slight chance of a minor R1 flare. The solar wind speed is
expected to be strong due to a coronal hole wind stream. G0, with the
chance of G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be fair to normal. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be generally near predicted
monthly values, with mild depressions of 15% possible early in the UT
day. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
