Solar activity on UT day 03-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to light. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G1 due to ongoing CME
effects. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near
predicted monthly values. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
