Solar activity on UT day 02-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G1-G2 geomagnetic
conditions are expected due to ongoing CME effects. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be fair to poor. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be depressed by 15-35% on
02-Dec. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
