On UT day 28-Aug, solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance
for R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions
are expected to be mostly normal with some mild degradations at high
latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near
predicted values to 15% enhanced.
