Solar activity on UT day 27-Aug is expected to be R0-R1. The solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly
normal with some mild degradations in middle and high latitudes.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced.
