Solar activity on UT day 29-Aug is expected to be R0 with a chance for
isolated R1-R2 flare activity. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be near predicted values to 15% enhanced.
Isolated fadeouts possible.
