Solar activity on UT day 10-Aug is expected to be at R0-R1 levels with
a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be mostly normal at low and
middle latitudes, with degraded conditions expected at high latitudes,
due to polar cap absorption. S1 solar radiation storm conditions are
expected over the first half of the day.
