Solar activity on UT day 11-Aug is expected to be at R0-R1 levels with
a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to
strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
