Solar activity on UT day 09-Aug is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance
for R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted value to 15% enhanced. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal in low and middle
latitudes, but degraded in high latitudes and polar regions. S1 solar
radiation storm conditions are expected.
