Solar activity on UT day 22-Apr is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. An
Earth-directed full halo CME has been observed, with an impact to
Earth's magnetosphere expected on 23-Apr. The solar wind is expected
to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be 15-25% above predicted values.
HF radio communication conditions are expected to be normal, with some
degradations possible during local night hours.
