Solar activity on UT day 21-Apr is expected tp be mostly at R0 levels,
with a chance for isolated R1 flares. The solar wind is expected to be
light to moderate. Mostly G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with
a slight chance for an isolated period of G1. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be mostly 15-30% above predicted
values. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be normal,
with some degradations possible during local night hours.
