Solar activity on UT day 23-Apr is expected to be at the R0 level,

G2-G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected once the CME arrives. A mild
enhancement in the proton flux has been observed overnight, with a
chance of S1 conditions on 23-Apr. The solar wind is expected to be
light to moderate. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to
be near predicted monthly values. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be normal until the CME arrival, with some
