Solar activity is expected to be at the R1 level on 13-Apr, with a
chance of an isolated R2 event. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a
slight chance of G1. Normal HF propagation conditions are generally
expected, with mildly degraded conditions possible during local night
hours. MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
