Solar activity is expected to be at the R1 level on 12-Apr, with a
chance of an isolated R2 event. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light to moderate. G0 with the chance of G1 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. Normal HF propagation conditions are generally expected,
with mildly degraded conditions during local night hours. MUFs are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
