Solar activity is expected to be at the R1 level on 14-Apr, with a
chance of an isolated R2 event. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Normal HF
propagation conditions are generally expected, with mildly degraded
conditions possible during local night hours. MUFs are expected to be
15-25% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
