Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on 08-Apr, with a
chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to
light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Normal HF propagation
conditions are expected. MUFs are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
