Solar activity is expected to be at the R0-R1 levels on 09-Apr. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. Normal HF propagation conditions are expected. MUFs are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
