Solar activity is expected to be generally at the R0 level on 07-Apr,
with isolated R1-R2 flare activity possible. The solar wind speed is
expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. Normal HF propagation conditions are expected. MUFs are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated
minor fadeouts possible.
