Solar activity is expected to be at predominantly at R1 levels on
04-Oct, with isolated R2 flares possible. The solar wind speed is
expected to be moderate to strong due to the declining influence of

several recent CMEs mid to late in the UT day on 04-Oct. The
geomagnetic field is expected to reach G1-G2 levels late on 04-Oct. HF
conditions are expected to be mostly normal on 04-Oct, with degraded
conditions likely for middle to high latitudes during 05-06-Oct.
Shortwave fadeouts are likely on daylight HF circuits.
