Solar activity is expected to be at predominantly at R0-R1 levels on
03-Oct, with isolated R2-R3 flares possible. The solar wind speed is
expected to be strong due to coronal hole high speed wind streams,
increasing further on 04-Oct due to the possible arrival of several
recent CMEs. HF conditions are expected to be mostly normal, with
degraded conditions likely to follow the anticipated geomagnetic
activity over the UT day.
