Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 28-Nov. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected on 28-Nov. Maximum usable frequencies for HF
communication are expected to be 10 to 15% depressed to near normal.
Solar wind 27 day recurrence patterns suggest an increase in solar
wind speed over 30-Nov to 01-Dec, which is likely to induce G1 periods
during this interval.
