Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 27-Nov. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong due to a coronal
hole wind stream. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected on 27-Nov,
with a mild increase in the Australian regional geomagnetic field
induced by the wind stream. Maximum usable frequencies for HF
communication are expected to be 15% depressed to near normal.
