Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 28-Nov. The
solar wind speed has unexpectedly increased on 28-Nov possibly due to
coronal hole wind stream effects. G1 geomagnetic activity has been
observed in the US planetary Kp index. The Australian regional
geomagnetic field is currently at G0. The regional magnetic field may
reach G1 levels around local midnight tonight. The Australian regional
ionosphere has been variable so far today with depressed conditions
observed early in the UT day for the west coast of Australia and
enhanced conditions observed for Australian east coast sites.
