Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 20-Dec, with a
chance of an isolated R2 flare event. The solar wind speed is expected
to be light to moderate due to a small coronal hole high speed wind
stream. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at G0 levels, with a
slight chance of an isolated G1 period. Australian regional maximum
usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values,
with mild degradations possible during local night hours. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
