Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 19-Dec, with the
chance of an isolated R2 event. A sequence of spots continues to
rotate onto the solar disk over the northeast solar limb. Solar flare
activity may increase in coming days. The solar wind speed is expected
to be light with a possible increasing trend due to a weak coronal
hole wind stream. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at G0
level. Australian regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to
be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated minor
shortwave fadeouts possible.
