Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels over 18-Dec. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light with a possible mild increase
due to coronal hole wind streams. Geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be at the G0 levels. Australian regional maximum usable frequencies
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts possible.
