Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 21-Dec, with a
slight chance for R2 flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light to moderate due to a small coronal hole high speed wind stream.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a slight chance of an
isolated G1 period. Australian regional maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values, with degradations
possible due to persistent sporadic-E. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
