chance of R2 flaring. The solar wind speed is expected to be light.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0 levels. Australian
regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
